The Brian M. Shamel Memorial Scholarship Fund
is an endowment fund at Southeast Missouri State University
in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  Funds will be used
to help needy students pursuing a marine biology degree
interested in the research, saving and care
of the bottlenosed dolphin.
